A big pile of rubbish has been dumped by some unknown person or people., 10th April

Location is towards the top of the back alley between Barke and Orchard street. Fly tipping in the same place was reported on the 26th of March but more has been dumped in the same place hence the new report. It is an eyesore, health risk and fire hazard.
