New cost limit for Audits subject to limited assurance review has been increased from 10K to 25K for this period.

7.5 Tonne Bridge restriction.

  • Waiting for signs to be erected.



30 mph Speed limit.

  • Glyn Shaw is still in consultation with Malvern Hills Council to review implementation of speed limit through Both Parishes.


  1. Defibrillators

On a routine monthly check, it was found both units were showing Red warning signs. Physio Control have stated the continual opening/closing of the unit will deplete the “Stick Battery” also the Pads have reached their expiry date and need to be changed. Request for a training defibrillator to be purchase to avoid repetition of issue.


  1. Lengthsman progress report.
    • Mr Carl Price has been appointed and will start 01/12/2017. He has requested to work additional hours during December to clear all drains etc. prior to the New Year and resume 28 Hrs P/M thereafter.
    • Contract and Public liability are in place and guided tour with TP and MWH took place 20/11/2017.


  1. Parking Milson Village Green.
    • Letter from Cllr Chris Jones to Parishioner ref parking on the Green and other properties.
    • Request to revisit removing the debris from old Neen Sollars road to create extra parking.

TP to revisit costing for clearing the old Neen road section of debris, trim back hedge and form parking lines.


  1. Replace fallen Tree Milson Green.
    • Proposal to replace with 2 x Oak or other Native species.

Motion raised MWH and Seconded AH to fund 2 x replacement Trees following a report from Arborist on condition and density of existing trees.



  1. Webb Page upgrade.
    • Web design to be decided, Clerk and Parishioner Judi Knight heading New Web design, will report at next meeting.

DJ requested a Calendar of events be built in to the new Web Page to incorporate Village Hall, All Saints St Georges Live and Let Live and other activities.


  1. Electoral Changes.
    • None


  1. Dogs fouling footpaths.

Location and number of Signs to be agreed by DJ and CJ.

DJ requested 16 fixed signs, design and cost to be confirmed.



  1. Outstanding from last meeting.
    • Riparian responsibility Shakenhurst

Mr Alphonso of Old School House has reported he is acting as unofficial warden of the River Rea for Shakenhurst and has overseen work in clearing and removing debris from the river.


DJ and TP to check the section from the road Bridge to the rail bridge for fallen trees and debris.
