Facilities and Hire cost

The hall has a large floor area of around 110 square meters with separate foyer entrance, bar, kitchen, toilet and storage facilities to the rear, an outside terrace is accessible through double doors and car parking for up to 35 cars. The Hall is Wheelchair Friendly with access ramps and toilet facilities.

Capacity;  the hall has a maximum capacity of 120 persons.

Staging; there are 5 bays of removable staging.

Tables and chairs; the chairs and tables can be arranged as you wish.

Audio and Visuals:

Projector and Large ScreenLighting – Spot lights to Stage, independent lighting to the Hall,  Powerful Amp and SpeakersMicrophones – Lapel, Head set or Hand held

Facilities:

Crockery, Cutlery, Glasses, glasswasher, Microwave oven, 2 Electric ovens, Fridge freezer, Chairs and Tables, 5 section Staging lots of configurations.

In addition to our many planned events, the hall is available for parties and functions with a licensed bar available.

Schedule of Hall hire fees:    

Morning/Afternoon events before 6 pm:   Parishioners £50    –   Otherwise –  £60

Evening events after 6 pm:                            Parishioners £75    –   Otherwise –  £85

All day events:                                                  Parishioners £100  –  Otherwise –  £120

Wedding receptions:                                      Parishioners £150   –  Otherwise –  £200

The bar is available at extra cost upon request.

  1. A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking to cover for any breakages or extra cleaning. The Full fee must be paid two weeks in advance.  The deposit will be refunded if the hall is left in a clean and tidy state.
